What you'll do:
✅ Review and verify service sessions, documentation, and related records to ensure all information is complete and accurate
✅ Check records for missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information before they are finalized or submitted for further processing
✅ Ensure service sessions and documentation are properly recorded and aligned with established operational and compliance requirements
✅ Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking team members, providers, or clients as needed to clarify or verify information
What we're looking for:
✅ Experience in data verification, quality checking, documentation review, administrative support, or a related role
✅ Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing records and documentation
✅ Highly organized and able to identify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete information
✅ Comfortable handling sensitive information and following established operational and compliance requirements
