Fellows Business Partner (Contract) at Lambda School

• Most of your time will be spent interacting with hiring partners. We are looking for someone who can build trust and nurture long term relationships with key employers • Deliver against metric goals without jeopardizing the student or employer experiences • Build strong relationships with prospects • Engage cross-functionally with Account Management, Finance, Marketing, and Executives to progress deals • Engage with senior partner stakeholders via phone, email, and on Zoom at each point of the sales cycle to ensure deals are brought to completion • Report to senior management on sales activities, results, and customer feedback • Create mutual close plans, manage complex discoveries, create a vision and compelling proposal, and close Fellows • Consistently exceed quota • Manage the sales funnel by analyzing and controlling pipeline activity in Salesforce and monitoring sales activity against assigned quotas • Apply a solutions based approach to the delivery of your work and build structure and processes where there may be none! • Communicate updates through the relevant stakeholders both internal and external using both quantitative and qualitative data • Understanding the hiring market and trends so that we can optimize our offerings and compete effectively to support the successful placement of our students • Build!
