Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for experienced Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Latin America who have a proven background in sales and strong communication skills in English. Responsibilities Actively contact and follow up with potential clients through calls, messages, or email. Present and promote the company’s products or services in a clear and persuasive manner. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to close sales. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Requirements Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer acquisition (required). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Intermediate to advanced English level (spoken and written). Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of responsibility. Compensation Hourly rate: $5 – $8 USD, depending on experience and performance.
