We need someone who is highly organized, focused, and takes pride in producing precise, error-free work.About the departmentThe FileSmart department assists our automotive dealership clients with increasing their warranty parts and labor reimbursement rates with their manufacturersAbout the RoleThe Level 1 Post Submission Specialist or Rebuttal Administrator is responsible for completing any post-submission requests from manufacturers to finalize the warranty rate increase process.
