Position Overview: The QA Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring product reliability and performance across web applications. This role blends hands-on manual testing with automated test development and contributes to building and maintaining quality processes that scale with the product. Key Responsibilities: Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web applications. Build and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution. Monitor production issues and contribute to root cause analysis. Advocate for quality best practices across the development lifecycle. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing roles. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks. Experience testing modern web applications. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with JavaScript-based frameworks (e.g., Next.js). Exposure to backend services or databases (e.g., Supabase or similar). Experience with production monitoring or logging tools. Familiarity with AI-assisted development or testing tools.
