The Role:
As a Digital Marketing Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic partner for all of our valued US-based clients. You will be responsible for understanding their business goals, translating them into cohesive digital marketing strategies, and overseeing the successful execution and reporting of campaigns across various channels. This is a crucial client-facing role that blends relationship management, strategic digital expertise, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key US clients, serving as their trusted digital marketing advisor.
Campaign Oversight & Performance: Oversee the successful execution of campaigns, working closely with internal teams (Specialists, Creative, Analytics) to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet performance KPIs.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present compelling monthly/quarterly performance reports, clearly articulating results, providing actionable insights, and making forward-looking recommendations for optimization and growth.
Business Growth: Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and actively contribute to new business pitches.
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email, social media, networking).
Pipeline Management: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their needs and fit for our services/products.
Relationship Building: Serve as an initial point of contact, building rapport and professional relationships with prospective clients.
CRM Management: Accurately track all sales activities and client information in our CRM system ([e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Airtable]).
Goal Attainment: Work toward and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and qualified leads.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex accounts in our core industries:
Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in Account Management or a client-facing role, preferably within an agency setting.
Industry Focus (Non-Negotiable): Demonstrable, deep expertise working with high-profile beauty brands (cosmetics, skincare), fashion houses, and/or luxury goods. You understand the unique nuances of brand protection, exclusivity, and market positioning in these sectors.
Strategic Acumen: Ability to translate complex client goals into actionable marketing strategies and compelling narratives.
Communication & Presence: Exceptional presentation skills, confidence in leading executive-level meetings, and superior written and verbal communication.
