Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking a Legal Assistant with experience supporting U.S. Personal Injury (PI) law firms, specifically with discovery tasks. Candidates must have prior experience working on Personal Injury cases and assisting attorneys with case documentation and discovery preparation. Responsibilities: - Assist attorneys with the discovery process in Personal Injury cases. - Prepare and format responses to interrogatories. - Assist with requests for production of documents. - Organize and review medical records and billing records. - Compile and organize case files and supporting documents. - Prepare document packets using firm templates. - Maintain organized digital case files. - Communicate with team members regarding missing documents. - Follow attorney instructions for discovery-related tasks. - Work within case management systems such as Clio, Filevine, Needles, MyCase, or similar. Requirements: - Experience working for a U.S. Personal Injury law firm. - Experience assisting with discovery tasks. - Strong understanding of legal documentation. - Strong written English. - High attention to detail. - Ability to follow templates and instructions. - Experience organizing legal files and documents.
