Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and document internal IT audits in alignment with organizational objectives. - Assess the effectiveness of IT general controls (ITGC), identify risks, and recommend practical remediation measures. - Perform periodic user access reviews to ensure access rights align with defined roles and responsibilities. - Evaluate access control mechanisms to safeguard sensitive and critical information. - Recommend enhancements to Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and controls. - Conduct internal IT risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure timely mitigation. - Perform on-site and remote security assessments of third-party vendors to evaluate their security posture and compliance controls. - Collaborate closely with IT, Legal, and Business teams to address audit findings and track remediation progress. - Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management. - Stay current with emerging trends, risks, and best practices in IT audit, risk, and compliance. Required Skills & Experience - Proven experience in IT auditing, IT risk management, or a related domain. - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, ITGC, or similar standards. - Experience conducting vendor risk assessments and third-party security reviews. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with the ability to create dashboards, reports, and presentations for management. - CISA certification is mandatory. - Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently represent audit outcomes to management. - Willingness to travel for on-site client audits when required.
