The Role
We’re hiring an DevOps Engineer who can lead us to SOC 2 compliance in the short term, and in the long term, build an agentic infrastructure, driven by intelligent coding and testing agents, for unmatched reliability and scale.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mexico City, Mexico, for a Head of DevOps. The responsibilities include leading and managing DevOps teams, overseeing the development and maintenance of robust and scalable infrastructure, implementing and optimizing continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and ensuring reliable and secure system environments. The Head of DevOps will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency, while also fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Software Development and understanding of coding standards and best practices
Strong Infrastructure expertise, with experience in building and maintaining scalable and reliable system environments
Experience with Continuous Integration and deployment pipelines for seamless operations
Proven Team Leadership skills to lead and mentor DevOps teams effectively
Strong skills with Linux systems and associated tools
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
Prior work in fintech or payments infrastructure.
Familiarity with stablecoins or blockchain-based systems.
Startup or early-stage scaling experience.
