Hiring: Senior Technical Consultant / Technical Consultant – ServiceNowWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant / Technical Consultant with strong expertise across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, and other ServiceNow modules.Key Requirements:Strong experience as a Technical LeadHands-on ServiceNow implementation experience across ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSMExperience with ServiceNow deployments, migrations, consolidations, upgrades, integrations, orchestration, and operational supportStrong understanding of ITIL processes, solution architecture, integrations, and functional requirementsAbility to translate customer business requirements into functional and technical solutionsExperience leading multiple ServiceNow implementation projects, including at least one complete implementation lifecycleStrong troubleshooting, application support, mentoring, and technical guidance skillsExperience estimating requirements and reviewing solution feasibilityStrong Agile/Scrum knowledgeExcellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder-management skillsAbility to lead customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly project reportsRequired / Preferred Certifications:ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)ServiceNow Implementation SpecialistITIL V3 FoundationGood to Have:ServiceNow custom application design and developmentPerformance and platform stability assessmentHRSD, SecOps, GRC, SPM, and other newer ServiceNow modulesStrong conflict-resolution and project-team management skillsImportant Submission Requirements:No Green Card candidates.
