Lead Creative Designer – Events & Experiential Experience: 4–7+ years Location: India Joining: Immediate Joiners / Serving Notice Period We are looking for a Lead Creative Designer with strong hands-on experience in the Events, Entertainment, Experiential Marketing or Brand Activation industry. What we need: • Mandatory experience in Events / Experiential / Entertainment industry • Experience designing for concerts, festivals, sports events, corporate events or brand activations • Strong experience in event branding, campaign creatives and visual concepts • Experience creating stage/LED graphics, venue branding, signage, backdrops, standees and other event collaterals • Hands-on experience with print and large-format production • Experience coordinating with printers, vendors and production teams • Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; Figma/CorelDRAW preferred • After Effects/Premiere Pro and motion/video design experience is an advantage • Strong conceptual thinking, typography, layout, branding and visual storytelling • Ability to take a project from Brief → Concept → Design → Production → Final Execution • Strong client communication and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines A strong portfolio showcasing event, experiential, entertainment or production-based creative work is mandatory. Important: We are not looking for candidates with only social media, digital marketing or generic graphic design experience. Relevant Events/Experiential experience is essential. Immediate joiners and candidates currently serving notice period will be preferred.
