I have worked with platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri to identify relevant talent and build candidate pipelines based on technical requirements.
Academically, I hold a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Zoology from Patna Women’s College and an MBA in Analytics & Data Science from IIT Patna, with an interest in IT and FinTech. My analytical background helps me understand technical requirements, evaluate candidate profiles, and approach recruitment with a data-driven mindset.
