GB is looking for a highly creative Design Specialist who loves coming up with fresh ideas and turning them into original, eye-catching designs.This role is primarily about creative thinking and creating new artwork from scratch.We’re looking for someone who can:Develop fresh and original design conceptsCreate new seasonal artwork and graphicsBrainstorm unique visual ideas instead of relying on existing designsTurn rough concepts and references into polished final artworkCreate designs for Halloween, Christmas, Fall, and other seasonal themesExperiment with different characters, scenes, typography, compositions, and art stylesUnderstand what makes a design visually exciting and commercially appealingUse Photoshop, Illustrator, and modern AI creative tools effectivelyWe especially value creativity, imagination, and strong visual taste.We’re not looking for someone who only follows instructions or makes basic edits.
