◽Contract agreement: - The person chosen will have to move to Jericó, Antioquia. - We will offer a 1-year full-time employee contract with the possibility of extension based on performance. From travelers for travelers, we are looking for a person who enjoys nature, has 1+ years of experience in the hospitality field, and presents our brand to the community. ◽Specific responsibilities: - To make sure the inventory is complete by following the procedures. - Management and control of the operative staff and supporting volunteers. - Responsible for the reception process. - Cashflow and float daily report. - Logistics within the different business units for events. ◽Cultural fit: who are you? - You have a passion for traveling. - You have excellent communication skills. - You draw people in with your excitement and can-do attitude. - You relentlessly clear obstacles for clients and team members. - You are optimistic and have a sense of humor. - You are hyper-organized and people-oriented. ◽ Selection process: Riverside Ecoliving is using Agile recruitment for this process.
