Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities & Key Initiatives: ● Developing and implementing software applications & maintain quality software product code (troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software). ● Developing software components and unit tests. ● Implement new features based on business requirements, building scalable solutions. ● Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability. ● Developing and maintaining quality software product code. ● Design and deployment of our database & design and construction of our REST API. ● Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software: triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve them by analyzing the sources of issues and their impact and quality. ● Assisting in enhancing existing software components and adding new features. ● Writing technical documentation. ● Collaborating with a team of developers. ● Mentor and train other team members on techniques and coding standards. ● Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency). Qualifications ● Minimum of 5 years of experience developing back-end and API software. ● Proficiency with multiple back-end programming languages. ● Solid knowledge of GitHub, Cloudfront, and AWS. ● Experience with performance, large-scale system data analysis, visualization tools, and/or debugging. ● Strong problem-solving skills. ● Strong teamwork skills. ● Strong analytical skills. ● Fluent in English. ● Experience managing JIRA or Trello.
