Requirements and responsibilities


We are seeking a skilled and reliable System Administrator / Technical Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. The ideal candidate must have strong troubleshooting abilities, solid knowledge of system maintenance, and excellent communication skills in English (C1 level required). Responsibilities include: - Maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2022 environments. - Setting up and managing domain controllers. - Handling networking configurations, firewalls, and dual ISP redundancy. - Providing remote technical support for hardware and software issues. - Managing cloud backup systems and general IT infrastructure. - Setting up and troubleshooting printers, scanners, and related devices. Requirements: - Advanced English level (C1 – written and spoken). - Proven experience in system administration and remote technical support. - Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and IT hardware. - Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Availability to work in EST time zone. - Ability to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users. Conditions: - Remote role – long-term opportunity. - Hourly rate: $8–$15 USD depending on experience. - 5 paid sick days after 6 months. - 5 paid vacation days after 12 months. - Monthly payments (15th of each month). - Friendly, international team and growth opportunities.
