Resilience Lab is modernizing how clinicians work together to provide mental health care that’s high-quality, personalized, and accessible. Our proprietary platform supports a large and diverse clinical community in the Northeast states and provides our team of therapists with the technologies, methodologies, and training needed to focus on what matters most: improving lives.
Resilience Lab is looking for LCSW's (R) and Psychologists licensed in New York to join as Supervisors, changing how therapy is practiced in the state. Additionally, the Supervisor will participate in peer supervision, keep abreast of developments in theory and research, network within the health professional community, and supervise the clinicians’ work. There are also additional opportunities to earn income through group design and leadership, workshops, chats, pods, and as a Resilience Institute Faculty Contributor. Compensation includes a monthly fee per supervised clinician, a bonus for exceeding monthly net revenue targets, participation in the Company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and the ability to see personal, private clients through the infrastructure as a Partner-Clinician earning 65% of each session fee.
