Speexx is the digital coaching platform for language training, business coaching, and skills assessment in large international organizations. They use ground-breaking AI and a global network of certified top coaches to help organizations bring out the best in their people. Speexx is looking for a Managing Director DACH to join their team in Munich. The Managing Director will be responsible for developing growth strategies, managing the day-to-day operations of the DACH Business Unit, and building and maintaining customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have a track record of success in managing full P&L, strong leadership skills, and fluency in German and English. Responsibilities: - Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans - Ensure the success and growth of the business in the German speaking markets - Maintain relationships with clients and partners - Manage the day-to-day operations of the DACH Business Unit - Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts - Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships - Manage the financial performance of the subsidiary - Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team - Collaborate with other regional Managing Directors - Monitor competitors' products and sales data - Represent Speexx Germany at industry events and conferences
