As a Driver Operations Associate at FREENOW, you will play a key role in developing, managing, and building relationships with the company's most important customers - the drivers. You will ensure that drivers using the FREENOW platform offer the best quality of service possible, provide exceptional and personalized support, and contribute to engaging driver campaigns. This is a fixed-term position with an expected length of 7.5 months. Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional and personalized support through face-to-face visits and offline interactions, ensuring every driver feels valued and cared for. - Onboard new drivers, provide comprehensive training, conduct quality follow-ups, and actions to increase driver engagement. - Drive excellence through engaging driver campaigns, empowering drivers to achieve remarkable performance, and contributing to additional projects. - Contribute to additional projects, from deploying on-car advertisements to improving the driver app, reporting bugs, conducting tests, and conducting competitor research with market share analysis.
