Responsibilities: * Utilize Quest OnDemand Migration to plan, execute, and manage content migrations between Microsoft 365 tenants. * Perform pre-migration analysis, including tenant discovery, data assessment, and project planning. * Configure and troubleshoot migration settings to ensure data integrity and minimize disruption. * Monitor migration progress and address any issues or errors in a timely manner. * Collaborate with stakeholders to schedule migration windows and communicate project status. * Document all migration processes, configurations, and post-migration validation. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Migration Engineer or in a similar role. * Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments, including user management, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive. * Hands-on experience with Quest OnDemand Migration for Microsoft 365. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve migration-related issues. * Excellent communication skills to coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders. * Experience following best practices for data migration projects.
