I'm hiring at NaiL A.I., the AI company I've been building out of Boulder, and I need one great person on the ops and product side. Refer someone I end up hiring, and you get $500 the day they sign.Who I'm hunting for:Technical familiarity (TypeScript, JSON, etc.)Experience making production decisions in a dev environment.Familiar with AI dev tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.)Personable, likes to get to know people deeplyDriven to the point of being slightly unreasonable about itBonus if they're a recent CU grad who'd rather build something real than get lost inside a 4,000-person corp slop org.$65-85K, remote, working directly with me.
