About The RoleWe're hiring a Salesforce Administrator to serve as the technical backbone of a global commercial team for a UK-based client operating across US and EMEA markets in the healthcare logistics and supply chain space.This role goes beyond system maintenance — you'll be the functional architect who builds the automations, data pipelines, and infrastructure that allow Sales and Marketing to move at high velocity. You'll bridge business strategy and technical execution, ensuring every lead, workflow, and dashboard is working the way it should.If you're systems-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive about solving problems before they surface — this role is for you.What You'll DoStrategic Partnership & Sales EnablementProvide backend infrastructure for the Lead Generation team — build assignment logic, validation rules, and automated workflows to ensure leads are processed and routed within 24 hours.Administer and integrate the sales tech stack including ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ensuring clean data flow into Salesforce.Collaborate with leadership to translate commercial requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations (e.g., MEDDPICC tracking, custom object architecture).Declarative Development & AutomationDesign, build, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows to automate the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle and internal notifications.Manage custom objects, page layouts, record types, and formula fields across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud initiatives.Oversee the full deployment cycle from Sandbox to Production — all changes documented and tested.Migrate legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders to modern, high-performing Flows.Data Integrity & Global ReportingBuild deduplication rules and data-cleansing schedules to maintain under 2% duplicate records.Develop dashboards tracking global pipeline health, trade show ROI, and speed-to-lead KPIs across US and EMEA regions.Ensure platform compliance with industry standards (FDA, GxP, GDPR) and maintain a rigorous security model including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.About YouLegally eligible to work in the Philippines as an Independent Contractor3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience in a B2B environmentSalesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) — requiredAdvanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow; able to design and build complex automations independentlyExpert-level skills in Data Loader, Excel, and deduplication toolsExperience configuring integrations with ERPs and prospecting tools like ZoomInfoStrong written English communication skillsOwns a reliable laptop/computer with stable, high-speed internetHighly organized, detail-oriented, and accountableComfortable working independently in a fully remote environmentBonus Points ForBackground in manufacturing or life sciences industriesExperience supporting a remote, global sales team across multiple time zonesFamiliarity with CPQ or Marketing Cloud account administrationHands-on experience with ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales NavigatorAdditional Salesforce certifications beyond ADM-201Schedule & RateSchedule: Full-time | UK Business HoursRate: Approximately ₱550 - ₱575/hr, depending on experience
