As a Configuration Analyst, you will be assigned to an implementation as a functional lead. You will analyze business requirements, configure, unit test provide requirements to offshore for configuration in HealthRules Payor. This role requires excellent communication, critical thinking skills and must be an analytical person who’s able to grasp customer needs and works with the team lead to develop solutions as needed to ensure a successful implementation.The Opportunity:Analyze business requirements, configure and unit test software (HealthRules Payor)Ensure implementations are delivered successfully on time, and in alignment with project objectives by monitoring progress, identify risks and mitigation strategies, as neededWork independently to solve and test complex scenariosAnalyze data and draw conclusionsDemonstrate excellent communication skillsUnderstand and execute automation toolsMust have three + years of experience/knowledge of HealthRules Payor, a claims processing system.Assist other team members with complex issues related to their field of expertiseWork in a team environment and share knowledgeThis position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.Qualifications:Minimum high school diploma required.
