Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Copywriter who lives and breathes content. You will be the connective tissue between our creator, editor, and brand, keeping production on track while making sure every post looks, sounds, and feels unmistakably us. Production Coordination: - Coordinate filming schedules directly with the content creator, keeping shoot days organized and on-brief. - Communicate briefs, deadlines, and shot lists clearly before every filming day. - Work with the editor to schedule reviews, revisions, and final delivery of each creative. - Own the content calendar end-to-end, from shoot date to publish date. Copywriting & Creative Direction: - Write hooks, captions, scripts, and CTAs grounded in proven social media formats and past top-performers. - Study what is winning on social, adapt those frameworks to our brand voice rather than copying trends blindly. - Ensure every creative reflects brand guidelines in tone, aesthetic, and messaging. - Develop content angles and creative briefs that give the creator clear direction before filming. Publishing & Scheduling: - Schedule and post all finalized creatives across platforms at optimal times. - Manage the publishing pipeline so nothing slips, every post goes out on time, with the right copy and tags. - Monitor early performance and flag anything that is under- or over-indexing to the team. What we are looking for: - Strong copywriting instincts. - Social-native, you scroll with purpose. - Organized and reliable with project coordination. - Proven understanding of what performs and converts on social. - Clear communicator who can give creatives direction. - Brand guardian, detail obsessed and consistent. This is a fully remote role.
