A leading Life Sciences organization is seeking a Medical Affairs Operations Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives supporting Medical Affairs planning, scientific communications, governance, operational excellence, and digital transformation.What You'll DoLead Integrated Medical Communication Planning (IMCP) and Integrated Evidence Planning (IEP) initiativesDrive cross-functional projects involving Medical Affairs, Digital, IT, and business stakeholdersManage governance processes, leadership reviews, risk tracking, and operational executionSupport rollout, training, change management, and adoption of new Medical Affairs platforms and processesDevelop dashboards, workflows, templates, and performance metricsDrive process improvement and operational excellence initiativesWhat We're Looking For6+ years of experience in: Medical Affairs; Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Operations; Clinical Operations; Program or Project ManagementExperience managing complex cross-functional initiativesStrong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skillsUnderstanding of Medical Affairs operations, scientific communications, evidence planning, and drug development processesPreferred QualificationsIMCP and IEP experienceMedical Communications or Medical Affairs OperationsDigital transformation and platform implementationPMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certificationChange management and governance experienceThis is an excellent opportunity for a strategic operations leader to drive high-impact Medical Affairs initiatives within a dynamic Life Sciences environment.
