Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support Global Finance initiatives focused on Accounts Payable (AP) processes. This role will be part of an Agile team supporting ERP systems, primarily PeopleSoft, with involvement in AP and Asset Management sub-ledgers.Required Skill:Strong experience as a Business Systems AnalystHands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes and systemsExperience with PeopleSoft (Workday is a plus)Strong experience in testing, including: Writing test cases and test plans; Executing and validating test scenariosExperience with JiraExpertise in business process mapping and process improvementStrong analytical and data analysis skillsProven ability in troubleshooting and problem-solvingExperience with project coordination/management: Managing timelines; Tracking deliverables; Creating project plansExcellent communication skills (verbal & written)Preferred:Experience with Workday FinancialsExperience with AP integrationsJob description:Act as a Business Systems Analyst supporting AP-related initiatives within ERP systems (PeopleSoft/Workday)Collaborate with Agile pods to support Finance and ERP applicationsGather, analyze, and document business and system requirementsDevelop technical and functional specificationsLead and support testing activities, including: Test case creation; Test scenario development; Test plan executionSupport system implementations, enhancements, and integrationsPerform business process mapping and identify opportunities for improvementManage upstream and downstream dependenciesWork closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelinesUse tools like Jira for tracking requirements, defects, and project progressAssist in troubleshooting issues and providing data-driven solutionsNote: Ex-Capital One experience (Mandatory)Eligibility : USC, GCLocation: Remote (EST/CST preferred)Duration: 8+ Months with possible of extension
