As we scale, we’re looking for a sharp, adaptable, and forward-thinking AR & Collections Associate to join our growing global Finance team.If you are a self-starter who loves a fast-paced tech environment, embraces automated tools, and thrives in a Remote-First culture, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do:Drive Collections: Proactively monitor aging reports and handle initial outreach for lower-tier past-due accounts via email and phone with a professional, customer-centric approach.Forecast Cash: Leverage your understanding of payment cycles and customer behavior to assist in cash forecasting and weekly/monthly predictability.Embrace Innovation: Bring an AI-friendly mindset to the table, quickly learning and integrating new automation tools into your daily workflow.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Renewals, and Operations to resolve billing discrepancies and keep things moving smoothly.Maintain Data Integrity: Post daily customer payments (cash, checks, credit cards) and meticulously log all activities in NetSuite and Salesforce.What We’re Looking For:Education/Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or 1–2 years of hands-on AR/Collections experience).Tech & Tools: Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of automation tools or ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite/Salesforce) is a major plus!Contract Savvy: A basic understanding of sales contracts and standard payment terms.Global Flexibility: Ability to work an early shift schedule to provide coverage and support for our European time zones.Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent verbal/written communication, and the agility to navigate a fast-growing company.Where You’ll Be Working:Remote First!
