Role Summary: The Healthcare Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic management of multiple departments, ensuring high-quality regulatory compliance, staff development, and financial performance. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in healthcare management and a proven track record of leading teams to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: * Oversee daily operations of healthcare facilities within the assigned region, ensuring smooth workflow and quality patient care. * Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices in accordance with organizational standards and healthcare regulations. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. * Ensure proper staffing levels and resource allocation to meet patient care demands. Strategic Planning & Growth: * Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve business goals, revenue targets, and market expansion. * Identify opportunities for service improvement, operational efficiencies, and cost reduction. * Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional objectives with organizational goals. * Lead initiatives for process improvement, quality enhancement, and patient experience optimization. Staff Leadership & Development: * Recruit, train, and mentor management teams and frontline staff across the region. * Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement professional development plans. * Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Provide guidance and support to facility managers in resolving operational and personnel issues. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: * Ensure all facilities comply with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. * Oversee adherence to licensing, accreditation, and safety requirements. * Lead quality assurance and risk management initiatives to maintain high standards of patient care. * Address patient concerns, complaints, or incidents promptly and professionally. Financial Management: * Develop and manage regional budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial targets are met. * Analyze financial reports to optimize revenue, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. * Collaborate with billing, accounting, and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and financial compliance. * Serve as the primary point of contact for regional clients, partners, and community stakeholders. * Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, insurers, and local organizations. Skills & Qualifications: * Extensive experience in healthcare management, preferably overseeing multiple locations or departments. * Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills. * In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards. * Proven ability to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and patient satisfaction. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Fluent in English & Spanish. * Experience in staff development, mentoring, and team building.
