Senior Fullstack Engineer (.NET & React.js) Location: Remote – Latin America Type: Contract / Full-time (Remote) Department: Engineering Reports to: Engineering Manager Languages: Advanced English and Spanish required Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Overview We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong expertise in C#/.NET and SQL Server, combined with solid frontend experience in JavaScript and React.js. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across the full stack, working closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams in a collaborative Agile environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building modern, scalable web platforms. What You'll Do - Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using C# and .NET. - Build and optimize SQL Server databases, including queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning. - Develop modern and responsive frontend applications using JavaScript and React.js. - Design and integrate RESTful APIs. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback. - Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions. - Write and maintain automated tests (unit and integration). - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. What We're Looking For - 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering. - Strong experience with C# and .NET development. - Solid hands-on experience with SQL Server (database design, optimization, indexing, stored procedures). - Strong frontend development experience with JavaScript and React.js. - Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs. - Experience working with Git and Agile development methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Fluent English and Spanish. Nice to Have - Experience with Microservices Architecture. - Experience with Docker or containerized environments. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins. - Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). - Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.). - Experience with performance optimization and scalability.
