About the Company:

The company creates high-impact educational content, frameworks, and training assets used across programs, communities, and internal initiatives.
Position Overview:
The Senior Education Graphic Designer will translate complex ideas, spoken concepts, and educational frameworks into clear, compelling visual assets. This role is ideal for a systems-minded designer who thrives on structure, consistency, and visual logic rather than brand exploration or trend-driven design.
Key Responsibilities:
Design educational graphics, frameworks, diagrams, and visual systems for training programs and internal education.
Translate abstract or spoken ideas into structured, easy-to-understand visuals.
Maintain consistency across multiple content properties (courses, communities, internal training, and supporting materials).
Create and iterate visual assets based on feedback and performance insights.
Collaborate asynchronously with leadership and content teams to support ongoing education initiatives.
Qualifications:
Strong foundation in graphic design principles, layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
Experience designing educational, training, or presentation-based content.
Ability to think in systems and frameworks, not just individual assets.
Comfortable working from loose inputs (recordings, outlines, raw ideas).
Proficient in modern design tools; Canva is acceptable, with fundamentals prioritized over tools.
Clear written communication and comfort with async collaboration.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting education brands, coaching programs, or knowledge-based businesses.
Background in visual systems, curriculum design, or presentation design.
Familiarity with iterating designs based on engagement or usage feedback.
Prior experience working with founders or leadership teams.
