Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures and medical appointments. - Provide live support to clinical teams and patients. - Manage patient records using EMR systems. - Handle telephone encounters with professionalism and empathy. - Order medications, labs, and diagnostic studies. - Input and verify diagnosis and procedure codes (ICD/CPT). - Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Qualifications: - Experience in U.S. healthcare operations is required. - Strong background in customer service and patient coordination. - EMR/HRIS system proficiency is highly desirable. - English level C1/C2, both written and spoken, is non-negotiable. - Deep familiarity with U.S. culture, healthcare standards, and work expectations. - Availability from Monday to Friday in the EST time zone. - Based in Colombia. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with diagnosis coding (ICD-10). - Background ordering medications, labs, or diagnostics in a clinical workflow.
