SummaryThe Affinity Group Account Manager is responsible for planning and executing a customized sales strategy for their assigned operator accounts. This position is deeply knowledgeable with accounts and builds and maintains close relationships with decision makers and the Chefs at all assigned operators. Main goal is to secure new product placement at assigned accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Strong representation of all products soldMaximize sales potentials with all products at every accountAchieve sales projections and targetsParticipate at industry trade showsOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 5 years + Foodservice experienceMust have experience working with Major Distributors, Contract Feeders and Regional and Chain AccountsHave a proven track record of foodservice sales, excellent understanding of marketing and operator programsHave excellent communication skills both written and oral with a strong command of the English languageHave excellent negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skillsHave excellent computer skills at an intermediate levelHave excellent organizational and time-management skillsHave excellent customer-service skills and able to multi-taskHave excellent presentation skills - in both the boardroom and kitchenBe a self-starter and able to work independentlyWe offer a competitive wage, bonus potential, car allowance and group benefit package.
