🚚 SHIPPING SALES & BOOKING COORDINATOR (FULL TIME) 🚚 100% Remote 🎧 We are hiring a high-performance Shipping Sales & Booking Coordinator to drive revenue growth and manage the full commercial and operational cycle of international shipments from the Far East to the United States. If you’re results-driven, commercially aggressive, and operationally disciplined, this is for you 🫵 You’ll be responsible for ✨Identifying, prospecting, and closing new international freight opportunities (FCL, LCL, and air freight). ✨ Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline across the Trans-Pacific trade lane. ✨ Preparing competitive freight quotes and negotiating profitable rates. Converting closed deals into confirmed bookings and coordinating shipments end to end. ✨ Managing communication with overseas agents, carriers, and origin offices. ✨ Handling shipping documentation (BL instructions, ISF, AMS, invoices, packing lists) and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery. ✨ Maintaining accurate sales and shipment records in CRM/TMS systems and coordinating billing with accounting.
