Requirements and responsibilities

• Build and supervise growth analytics • Supervise development and maintenance of growth analytics databases (store cookies and link with users and their behavioural data) • Automate all users’ data collection and integration (including inner database, GA, etc.) and to use that data to influence and support our product development, marketing, and technology strategies and tactics • Supervise and scale co-marketing with the crypto token listing projects and crypto market players • Supervise performance marketing from user segmentation to creatives and campaigns optimization • Manage direct marketing • Develop SMM and community marketing • Formulate hypotheses for A/B testing, design and analyze results • Build the system of user experience (acquisition and retention), KPIs • Achieve weekly and monthly customer acquisition, retention, and LTV KPIs.
