About the Role We are hiring detail-oriented engineers or IT professionals to help evaluate AI model responses. This role is not coding-heavy. It requires strong reading comprehension, logic, and written explanation skills. What You’ll Do - Read long AI system instructions. - Compare two AI responses. - Decide which response is better. - Clearly explain your reasoning. - Identify missed instructions, contradictions, or errors. Requirements - Strong English reading and writing skills. - Technical background (IT, engineering, CS, DevOps, etc.). - Familiarity with CSV / JSON files. - Ability to write clear, human explanations. - Comfortable reading detailed instructions. Nice to Have - Experience working with AI systems or prompts. - QA, analyst, or technical reviewer experience. Important Notes You may use AI tools to help analyze, but: - Final answers must be written in your own words. - Obvious AI-generated responses will be rejected. - Quality matters more than speed.
