Video Streaming Engineer provides advanced operational support, troubleshooting, and optimisation of live and on-demand video streaming platforms. Responsibilities include Level 2 support for live and on-demand streaming, troubleshooting encoding, delivery, and playback issues, monitoring stream health, latency, QoS/QoE, and service availability, configuring and maintaining streaming infrastructure and CDNs, onboarding new channels, applying software updates, liaising with vendors, and mentoring Level 1 engineers.
