Requirements and responsibilities

Spearhead Data Cloud initiatives (data ingestion, identity resolution, unification, segmentation & activation).Define integration patterns using REST APIs & event-driven architectures.Mentor development teams and ensure high-quality delivery.Qualifications include 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience, strong hands-on expertise in Service Cloud & Data Cloud, leading technical delivery teams, Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant preferred, Data Cloud certification a plus), and proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, data modeling & large data volume handling.
