Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery and strategy calls with qualified (warm) clients.
- Understand client business goals, target audience, and content needs.
- Recommend tailored social media strategies (platforms, content, growth approach).
- Present service offerings clearly and align them with client objectives.
- Handle client objections and guide them toward a decision.
- Close deals and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Lead onboarding calls and set clear expectations for deliverables and timelines.
- Ensure smooth handoff to the execution/team after onboarding.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Social Media Management (strategy + execution understanding).
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and/or LinkedIn.
- Ability to create and explain content strategies, growth plans, and engagement tactics.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Confidence in handling client calls and closing deals.
- Ability to understand different business models and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
