Case Manager (Personal Injury) – Bilingual Spanish/English Schedule: Full-time - PST Overview We're looking for a Bilingual Case Manager to support a fast-growing personal injury law practice serving the Spanish-speaking community. In this role, you'll manage client cases from intake through medical treatment, acting as the main point of contact for both clients and insurance adjusters. Key Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases throughout the treatment process. Open insurance claims and communicate with insurance adjusters. Prepare and send letters of representation and case documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and support. Coordinate medical appointments and track treatment progress. Arrange transportation for clients attending medical appointments. Follow up on claim status, liability, and required documentation. Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely case progression. Requirements 1+ year of experience in personal injury case management, legal support, or a similar role. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Familiarity with personal injury claims and insurance processes. Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience managing multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Professional communication skills with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace. Nice to Have Experience using Filevine. Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Legal Intake Specialist. Background in customer service or other client-facing roles. Experience coordinating medical treatment or appointment scheduling.
