Business Operations Specialist

As the CRM & Operations Manager, you'll lead the transformation of the organization's donor CRM while serving as a strategic operational partner to executive leadership. You'll help build scalable processes, improve data integrity, coordinate key initiatives, and support the launch of a major community-focused agricultural project.
Key Responsibilities
Audit, clean, and optimize donor data across CRM platforms and spreadsheets.
Build automated workflows, segmentation, and reporting to improve donor engagement.
Create dashboards and analytics to track donor retention and campaign performance.
Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and administrative operations.
Coordinate communication across executives, board members, community partners, and project stakeholders.
Support operational planning, project tracking, and AI-powered data collection initiatives.
Prepare donor communications, newsletters, reports, and fundraising materials.
Maintain documentation, meeting notes, and operational workflows as priorities evolve.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in CRM, operations, project coordination, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
Experience building reports, managing data, and improving workflows.
Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Comfortable using AI tools and quickly learning new software.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Experience working independently in a remote environment.
