Requirements and responsibilities


• Be the primary liaison between Product and client facing teams around client reported issues and feature enhancements with a state goal of ensuring timely and meaningful feedback to clients • Live in the feedback from clients -- independently analyze a variety of information (customer tickets, JIRA, product utilization, etc…) to surface patterns around opportunities and propose priorities for improvement in the product • Conduct Discovery (primary research, customer interviews) in coordination with Product Managers to define functional requirements of requested feature enhancements • Be an expert in understanding the specific market pressures and corresponding client needs that shape solution design and prioritization • Be a subject matter expert for Interfolio product(s); providing support to Sales and Client Success as needed • Provide appropriate support to the engineering teams to ensure the successful completion of Sprints • Work directly with customers, end users and education industry experts • Reliably and consistently work with Product Managers to maintain a current and regularly groomed backlog that is dev-ready • Cultivate and maintain a meaningful partnership with Sales, Marketing, User Experience, Engineering, Client Success, and Senior Executives.
