If a campaign isn't performing, we say so and we fix it.The roleWe're looking for a Performance Marketer who knows their craft and can prove it. Someone who's run real campaigns with real budgets, can read the data, and makes decisions based on what's working — not on guesses or buzzwords. We don't want someone who can talk a great game in the interview and then disappear behind a wall of jargon. We want someone who ships, measures, and improves.If you can point to campaigns you've actually scaled and explain exactly *why* they worked, we want to hear from you.What you'll doPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others depending on the client)Own the full funnel — from ad creative and targeting to landing pages and conversion trackingSet up clean measurement: pixels, conversion events, attribution, and reporting that reflects realityRun A/B tests on creative, copy, and audiences, and act on the results fastManage budgets responsibly and squeeze the most out of every dollar (or rupee) spentReport honestly — share what's working, what isn't, and what you're doing about itCollaborate with the content and design teams to produce assets that actually convertStay on top of platform changes, new ad formats, and what's driving engagement right nowWhat we're looking for2+ years running paid performance campaigns with measurable outcomes (agency or in-house)Hands-on experience with at least two of: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn AdsStrong grip on analytics — Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and the metrics that matter (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR)The ability to look at a dashboard and know what to do nextComfort with A/B testing and a habit of letting data settle argumentsClear, no-fluff communication — you can explain results to a client without hiding behind jargonOwnership mentality: you treat the budget like it's your own moneyBonus pointsExperience with landing page tools and CRO (Unbounce, Webflow, etc.)Familiarity with SEO and how organic and paid work togetherBasic copywriting or creative direction chopsExperience scaling accounts across multiple clients or industriesWhat we offerCompetitive salary + performance-based bonusesA team that values honesty and results over noiseReal ownership of campaigns and budgets — no micromanagingRoom to grow as we grow
