Requirements and responsibilities

Executive Marketing Assistant (Part-Time | 20 Hours/Week). We are looking for a highly organized Executive Marketing Assistant to serve as a strong right hand in supporting day-to-day operations, marketing execution, and strategic initiatives. This person will play a key support role across administration, marketing, CRM, and research tasks. Experience: - Using HubSpot CRM preferred, including contact management, updates, and general pipeline support. Skills: - Ability to support landing page creation and optimization with a strong eye for detail and performance. - Strong skills in research and development, including gathering insights, organizing findings, and supporting strategic planning. - Comfortable using ChatGPT and Claude effectively for research, writing support, ideation, and workflow assistance. - Able to attend meetings, take clear notes, track action items, and help keep projects moving forward. - Capable of assisting with emails, administration support, and strategy execution as a dependable second-in-command.
