UK RequirementJob Title: Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) ConsultantJob Type: ContractJob Location: UK Europe RemoteAmerican IT Systems, a premier IT staffing firm specializing in sourcing top talent for diverse industries, is currently seeking the following resources to fulfill the requirements of our premium client.The role in question is for an Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Consultant – FTA / Trade Agreements, based in Darlington, UK, with a long-term engagement. We are seeking an experienced consultant with both functional and techno-functional expertise in the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) / Trade Agreements module. The responsibilities include designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle GTM solutions to enable preferential duty programs, Rules of Origin (ROO) qualification, certificate management, and compliance-driven trade optimization. Collaboration with Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT teams is essential to ensure accurate qualification, audit readiness, and realized duty savings.Key responsibilities for the role include:Leading end-to-end implementation of Oracle GTM Trade Agreements (FTA) functionality, with configuration and management of trade agreements, partner countries/regions, and agreement attributes.Designing and executing FTA qualification strategies in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.Interpreting and configuring Rules of Origin, including tariff shift rules, regional value content, de minimis and specific process rules, qualification logic, constraint sets, and GTM transaction configurations. Supporting BOM-based qualification and managing requalification due to changes in BOM, suppliers, or regulations.Designing and maintaining trade item structures for origin determination, ensuring accurate HS classifications, country of origin attributes, and cost/value data for RVC calculations.Supporting supplier collaboration for origin declarations and certificates, managing supplier origin statements, certificates of origin, validity periods, and evidence tracking to ensure audit-ready documentation and traceability.Integrating Oracle GTM with ERP and logistics/customs processes, supporting preferential programs during shipment creation and import/export transactions, and assisting trade compliance teams during audits and customs inquiries.Preparing functional design documents and configuration workbooks, leading and supporting unit testing, SIT/UAT, providing production support and enhancements, and training business users.Thank you for your interest in American IT Systems.
