You will be identifying and addressing issues across the trading landscape, as well as proactively uncovering new opportunities to grow and improve trading across Monad.The work requires both strong quantitative thinking and sharp intuition about how markets behave. You will own initiatives from idea to execution.What You Will DoWork on greenfield problems related to trading activity, liquidity, and user behavior onchain.
