Requirements and responsibilities

Please Note: Only candidates with Event Planning or Hospitality experience will be considered. We are a dynamic company running approximately fifty (50) events per month across the U.S. and Europe. We are seeking a highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail, who is skillful at coordinating with multiple vendors and team members, building strong relationships, and managing event-related data. Responsibilities: - Plan and manage events across the United States and Canada. - Build and nurture relationships with facilitators and venues. - Coordinate with facilitators and venues to schedule events. - Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with new venues. Ideal Candidate: - Passionate about data, systems, and optimization. - Highly organized with strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Able to anticipate needs and plan several steps ahead. - High emotional intelligence and communication skills. Additional Information: - This role requires taking a personality test as part of the hiring process. - This is a full-time position with flexible hours. - Compensation is one thousand U.S. dollars ($1,000 USD) per month.
