We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Berlin, Hamburg, or Frankfurt. As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of Mid-market clients and be responsible for developing this portfolio through client retention, upselling, and cross-selling our B2B solutions. You will build strong relationships with top customers, engage with clients across the entire national territory, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to further develop our customers. To be successful in this role, you should have relevant professional experience in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical skills, the ability to develop and communicate a strategy clearly, and local knowledge of the German market. Fluency in German and English is required, and any other language is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of Mid-market clients and develop the portfolio through client retention, upselling, and cross-selling our B2B solutions
- Build strong relationships with top customers and engage with clients across the entire national territory
- Create operational rhythm, establish and track KPIs, analyse business growth, market trends, and other key metrics to drive new business opportunities within existing clients and ensure resolution of business challenges
- Work closely with Product, Sales Ops, Customer Support, Legal, Sales Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to further develop our customers
- Serve as the primary FREENOW point of contact for all internal questions, escalations, and service improvements regarding Mid-market in your region
