We are looking for a Call Center Executive to join our new call centre in Caracas-Venezuela. The job will be presential. Responsibilities: Manage inbound and/or outbound calls Follow various communication scripts when speaking to a caller Handle customer engagement Identify customer needs, answer questions and solve problems Build sustainable customer relationships Organize all conversation records Requirements: Customer Service experience nice to have Excellent English level (written and verbal) Resourceful and Proactive.
