The Support Coordinator - Licensing & Compliance at Holman is a full-time position that involves direct contact with clients, state divisions of motor vehicles, and licensing agencies. The role includes managing workload distribution, researching state rejections, root-cause problem analysis, and working proactively to research potential client escalations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to think critically, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of DMV regulations and processes, and 2-4 years’ experience in an administrative role. The Support Coordinator will be responsible for communicating directly with clients via phone, email, and CRM tools, overseeing and responding to licensing status requests, and performing other duties and special projects as assigned. Responsibilities: - Manage workload distribution and research state rejections - Analyze and prepare client documents for licensing/reporting compliance recommendations - Update and maintain system parameters in multiple platforms - Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure licensing systems and pre-requisites are up to date - Communicate state specific licensing requirements and DMV information to internal and external clients - Troubleshoot delays in licensing and communicate with the appropriate internal team(s) to resolve roadblocks - Review daily reporting to manage workflow of the team and ensure timely submission of events - Oversee and respond to licensing status requests - Communicate directly with clients via phone, email, and CRM tools
