Together, they are deeply committed to growing a diverse team and an equitable and inclusive culture where all team members are empowered to be themselves and do their best work. innovaTel is looking for a full-time Child Psychiatrist to join their team. This is a fully remote telehealth position working with patients in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting. The responsibilities include providing effective management of psychiatric care, developing a strong rapport with patients, formulating treatment plans, and more. Responsibilities: - Provide effective management of psychiatric care including initial psychiatric evaluations and medication management reviews in accordance with established clinical guidelines - Develop a strong rapport with a diverse set of patients (socioeconomic status, age, sexual orientation etc.) exclusively through the telehealth modality - Uphold clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care - Formulate treatment plans in collaboration with the on-site clinical team - Document concurrently all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record as required by compliance standards - Be present and available on-screen for the duration of the contracted hours
